#### 1. 退換貨期限 (Return Window)
* 顧客於收到商品之日起 **7 天內**，如發現商品有任何瑕疵、破損或寄送錯誤，可申請退換貨。

#### 2. 退換貨條件 (Conditions for Returns)
* 商品必須保持全新、未經使用，並保留原包裝、配件、保護封套及隨附之所有單據。
* **不接受退換之情況：**
* 逾期（超過收貨日起 7 天）提出申請。
* 個人客製化商品（如擇日改名、開光加持、特別訂製手串尺寸等服務型或專屬訂製品）。
* 日本神社/寺廟御守或已拆開封套的神聖物品（因宗教神聖性及個人專屬護佑性質）。
* 因人為不當使用、受潮、摔碰造成之損壞。

#### 3. 退款流程 (Refund Process)
* 經雙方確認符合退貨資格並收到退回商品後，我們將於 5-7 個工作天內完成檢查。
* 款項將經由顧客原付款途徑（如信用卡、Stripe、PayPal、銀行轉帳）退回。實際到帳時間取決於發卡機構或銀行處理時效。

#### 4. 運費負擔 (Shipping Costs)
* 若因商品瑕疵、寄錯商品等我方責任，退換貨所產生之來回運費由本店承擔。
* 若因顧客個人原因（如買錯款式、改變心意）申請退換，顧客需自行承擔退回運費，且原寄出運費將不予退還。

1. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or sent in error.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must remain brand new, unused, and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, protective seals, and accompanying receipts or documents.
  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable situations:

    • Requests submitted after the return window (more than 7 days from delivery).
    • Personalized or customized products/services (e.g., auspicious date selection, name changing, consecration/blessing rituals, custom-sized bracelets, and other service-based or custom-made items).
    • Japanese shrine/temple amulets (omamori) or sacred items with opened packaging/seals (due to religious sanctity and their nature as personal spiritual protections).
    • Damage resulting from improper human use, moisture exposure, drops, or impacts.

3. Refund Process

  • Once both parties confirm eligibility and we receive the returned item, an inspection will be completed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Stripe, PayPal, Bank Transfer). The time required for the funds to reflect in your account depends on the processing times of the card issuer or banking institution.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to product defects, incorrect shipments, or seller error, we will cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
  • If the return or exchange is requested due to personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong style, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and original outbound shipping fees will not be refunded.
