Z先生正籌劃在祖家建一座歐陸式大宅，百年之後傳子傳孫。計劃中的大宅群坐北向南，主屋在艮，另有兩至三座大宅居坎、乾兩宮。巒頭方面，兌宮見山。內巒方面，廚在地下艮宮，主人房在一樓艮宮，唯廚房爐頭不可在床和水龍頭之下，中宮不置洗手間或樓梯。筆者猜想為何屋主特別重視艮宮？苦思中靈機一觸，原來早前想多了，答案是將臀部緊緊貼在八運之8艮宮嘛！這亦解釋了後來 Z先生說艮宮也是好風水的原因。甚麼城門、壬丙、鬼門撈偏門都通通想多了。細想下 Z先生思路原是有跡可尋，年少出道打滾至今時今日家財萬貫，憑甚麼？就是運氣、直覺與膽色，通盤佈局分析似乎不在考慮之列。坊間說八運西南要水，285 大金龍，所有人一窩蜂趨之若鶩，這證明了很多人的腦袋只能夠同時間處理一件一度空間的問題。說多了，人家便會怪責你不切實際、遊花園、虛無、抽象、耍太極，或直接了當說你不懂。兌宮既見山，大宅應否起卯酉向開兌門？筆者未曾實地視察，全憑憶測，但假如真的擁有一塊地合南北向建宅，子午佈局可參考北京紫禁城 (至少滿清也享了近三百年國祚)。
